Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have a legal period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal and return the product.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)  
In accordance with consumer protection laws, you have a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalty.

2. Return Conditions  
Returned products must be in their original condition, complete (including all accessories and manuals), and in their original packaging. Any product that is damaged, used, incomplete, or returned after the legal period will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Return Shipping Costs  
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product received is defective or not in conformity with the order.

4. Refund  
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund within a maximum of fourteen (14) days using the same payment method as the original purchase.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal  
In accordance with current regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following items:
- Products that have been opened or used for hygiene or health protection reasons (e.g., body care products, personal weighing scales that have been used).
- Customized or made-to-order items.
