1. Delivery Area  
We deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom.

2. Order Processing Times  
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment has been confirmed.  
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

In the event of a high volume of orders or exceptional circumstances (strikes, logistical disruptions, etc.), the processing time may be extended. In such cases, we will notify you by email.

3. Delivery Times  
Deliveries generally take 2 to 5 business days after shipment, depending on the delivery location within the UK.

4. Carriers Used  
We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your parcels (e.g., Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, or any other provider selected via Shopify Logistics).

5. Shipping Fees  
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the parcel’s weight and the delivery address. They are clearly displayed before you confirm your order.

We may offer free shipping above a certain order amount, where applicable (please refer to current offers on the site).

6. Order Tracking  
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link, if tracking is supported by the carrier used.

7. Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Package  
Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels  
If your parcel appears to be lost or has arrived damaged, please contact us at: contact@bathroomsacles.com within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date.  
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
